  1. Prepare Ingredients: Slice green onions, reserving a handful for garnish. Grate garlic and ginger. Chop basil and cilantro. Gather remaining ingredients.
  2. Infuse the Oil: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Sauté green onions until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the Curry Paste: Reduce heat slightly and stir in curry paste. Cook for 2 minutes until thicken.
  4. Combine Aromatics: In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, basil, cilantro, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour in the Infused Oil: Pour hot oil mixture over aromatics and let sit for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Cook the Noodles: Boil water and cook noodles according to package directions, about 4-5 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
  7. Combine Noodles and Sauce: Add drained noodles to bowl with oil mixture and tamari or soy sauce. Toss to combine.
