  1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain and chop bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chili flakes. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add sliced beef in a single layer and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  4. In the same wok, add more oil if necessary and stir-fry bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas for 4-6 minutes.
  5. Return cooked beef to the wok and pour sauce over everything. Toss for 2-3 minutes until evenly coated.
