  • 1 tablespoon Ginger freshly grated
  • 1 can Coconut Milk full-fat or light
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Lightly season cod fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  5. Combine coconut milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest in the skillet, simmer gently.
