Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a tortilla and scoop 2–3 tablespoons of the filling onto it, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly brush or spray the tops with olive oil and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with dips like sour cream or guacamole.
