Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium-sized baking dish, drizzle olive oil, add halved cherry tomatoes, and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese evenly over the seasoned cherry tomatoes.
  4. Using the back of a spoon, make four small wells within the feta and tomato mixture.
  5. Crack one egg into each well created in the feta and tomato mixture.
  6. If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes over the eggs.
  7. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Once baked, garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve.
