Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add sliced mushrooms and gently toss to coat. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning. Drain and thread marinated mushrooms onto the skewers closely.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown and tender, about 8-10 minutes total.
