Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Place chicken tenders in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Pour half over the chicken and mix well.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF (75ºC).
  5. Remove from oven and optionally sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot with rice or vegetables and reserved sauce.
