Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak vermicelli noodles in a bowl of boiling water for about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, coconut sugar, dark soy sauce, and sriracha.
  3. Press extra firm tofu to remove moisture, then cube it. Heat a skillet, add vegetable oil, then cook tofu until golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry bell peppers, onions, and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add fresh basil leaves and stir for another minute.
  5. Add soaked noodles and sauce to the skillet, tossing gently until everything is heated through.
  6. Incorporate remaining basil into the skillet and toss until just wilted.
  7. Serve hot in bowls; consider adding lime wedges or chili flakes.
