- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, milk, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto a surface and shape it into a loaf. Place it in the prepared pan.
- Spread a layer of BBQ sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
