  1. Prepare Spice Mix: In a small bowl, combine salt, onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Set aside.
  2. Make Crispy Chips: Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Wash and slice the potatoes, dry thoroughly. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle half of the spice mix. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Cook Beef: In a frying pan over high heat, add lean beef mince. Break apart with a spatula as it cooks. Sprinkle remaining spice mix over beef. Cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Prepare Burger Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and a splash of pickle juice in a small dish. Adjust to taste.
