- Brown the Butter: Melt unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix Sugars: Combine browned butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Add Eggs & Vanilla: Crack in eggs and add vanilla extract. Whisk for about 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to wet mixture, folding gently.
- Incorporate Apples & Cinnamon: Peel and dice apples, and fold into the batter with cinnamon.
