Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, light brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground spices.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Give it a gentle shake to settle evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. The bread is done when a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and enough milk for drizzling consistency.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread and allow to set before slicing.
