  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder optional

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Prepare your rice according to package instructions, usually around 15-20 minutes. Steam the broccoli until just tender, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, and steamed broccoli.
  4. Add cream of chicken soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well-coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, and add breadcrumbs if using. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
