- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and cream of chicken soup. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the base.
- Evenly layer the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over the tater tots and return to the oven for an additional 5–10 minutes.
