- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, milk, and large eggs. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, then mix until glossy and holds together well.
- Grease a mini muffin tin using cooking spray. Spoon the macaroni mixture into each cup, filling about ¾ full and pressing gently to compact.
