Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare mini cake pans.
  2. Cream softened butter and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; alternate adding with milk.
  5. Divide batter into cake pans and bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
  6. Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; set aside.
  8. Make ganache by pouring hot cream over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
  9. Decorate cooled cakes by pouring ganache over and piping whipped cream on top.
  10. Garnish with cranberries, cinnamon sticks, rosemary, and gold sugar pearls.
