Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl, then stir in melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  4. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl for the swirl.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the last of the cinnamon mixture.
