Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in M&M's and mini chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
  6. Spread dough evenly in the prepared dish and press reserved candies on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
