- In a blender, pour in one cup of creamy coconut milk, followed by half a cup of fresh lemon juice and a third of a cup of lavender syrup. Blend on high for about 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Add two tablespoons of honey or agave nectar to the blended mixture. Blend again for another 15-20 seconds on medium speed to ensure full incorporation.
- Gradually add one to two cups of cold water, stirring gently. Blend for another 10-15 seconds until the drink reaches desired consistency.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing the solids left behind.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the strained mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
- Garnish each drink with a slice of lemon and a sprig of lavender before serving.
