Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, pour in one cup of creamy coconut milk, followed by half a cup of fresh lemon juice and a third of a cup of lavender syrup. Blend on high for about 30 seconds, until smooth.
  2. Add two tablespoons of honey or agave nectar to the blended mixture. Blend again for another 15-20 seconds on medium speed to ensure full incorporation.
  3. Gradually add one to two cups of cold water, stirring gently. Blend for another 10-15 seconds until the drink reaches desired consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing the solids left behind.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the strained mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
  6. Garnish each drink with a slice of lemon and a sprig of lavender before serving.
