  2. Stir in the diced yellow onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Mix in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar, then pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add the shredded carrots and chopped green cabbage. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. For optional richness, slowly drizzle in the beaten eggs while stirring gently off the heat.
