Step-by-Step Instructions for Crack Breakfast Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined, then scramble in a skillet until fluffy.
  3. Cook bacon strips in the same skillet until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in the greased baking dish.
  5. Layer cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon on the bottom halves of the rolls, topping with remaining cheese.
