Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Thaw the frozen filo pastry sheets and cut them into 36 squares.
  2. Brush a square of filo pastry with melted butter, place a slice of brie, spoon cranberry sauce, and sprinkle flaked almonds. Roll and seal the pastry securely.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the assembled crackers, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, keeping an eye on them towards the end.
  5. Allow to cool slightly, garnish as desired, and serve on a platter.
