For the Pasta
  • 8 oz Pasta Any type.
  • 4 oz Bacon Chopped.
  • 1 cup Peas Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup Cream Heavy cream preferred.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Minced.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and add cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined.
  6. Drain the pasta and add to the skillet, mixing well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
