- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cool water, trim the ends and halve them.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and half of the Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stir until well combined.
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a baking dish, pour the cream mixture over them.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
