Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cool water, trim the ends and halve them.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add heavy cream and half of the Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stir until well combined.
  6. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a baking dish, pour the cream mixture over them.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
