- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil, and cook penne or rotini pasta for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended.
- Gently fold the cooked pasta into the chicken and vegetable mixture until all pasta is coated.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, followed by breadcrumbs, and drizzle melted butter on top of the breadcrumbs.
