  • 2-4 tbsp Honey or Agave Adjust to taste after blending.

  • 1 pinch Salt
Optional Garnishes
  • Crushed Ice Use just before pouring.
  • Half-Moon Orange Slices Slice thinly for a pretty presentation.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Zest the fresh oranges using a fine grater, then juice them until you have about ½ cup of juice. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  2. In a blender, combine coconut cream, orange juice, zest, honey or agave, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave, blending until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve by adding crushed ice to each glass, garnish with half-moon orange slices and shredded coconut.
