- Zest the fresh oranges using a fine grater, then juice them until you have about ½ cup of juice. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- In a blender, combine coconut cream, orange juice, zest, honey or agave, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave, blending until combined.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve by adding crushed ice to each glass, garnish with half-moon orange slices and shredded coconut.
