- Roll 4-6 fresh lemons on a countertop, cut in half, and juice until you have 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice with 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk. Stir well.
- Gradually pour in 2-3 cups of cold water while stirring. Adjust consistency and sweetness as desired.
- Chill the lemonade for about 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
