- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil and butter. Once melted, add garlic and onion, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, sugar, black pepper, heavy cream, cayenne pepper (if using), and garam masala. Simmer for 5 minutes.
