- Pour 1 cup of almond milk into a high-speed blender. Blend on low speed briefly before adding the fruits.
- Incorporate 1 cup of frozen mango chunks and 1 cup of frozen mandarin oranges. Blend on medium-high speed for about 30 seconds.
- Add 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 of a ripe avocado, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, a splash of vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend on high for another 30 seconds.
