Preparation Steps
- In a medium saucepan, pour in 2 cups of your preferred milk over medium heat. Warm the milk until it starts to steam, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1/2 cup of chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Sift in 1 tablespoon of matcha powder and 1 tablespoon of honey, whisking vigorously for about 1-2 minutes until combined and free of lumps.
- Pour the Matcha White Hot Chocolate into mugs and top with toasted marshmallows or your choice of whipped cream.
