  • ½ teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak cashews in a bowl covered with water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews thoroughly under cold running water.
  3. Blend soaked cashews with plant milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and chili powder until smooth.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding more plant milk as needed until desired thickness is achieved.
  5. Heat the blended sauce in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately over nachos or as a dip for veggies.
