Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté bell peppers and onions until tender, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add thinly sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned but not fully cooked, about 3–5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add softened cream cheese, then gradually stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Fold the drained pasta into the skillet and mix to coat. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with provolone cheese, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
