Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté seasoned shrimp in olive oil over medium heat for 4-6 minutes until pink and opaque. Set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together whole milk, evaporated milk, paprika, cayenne, salt, black pepper, and beaten eggs until blended.
  5. Stir in most of the cheese blend into the milk mixture until incorporated. Mix with cooked macaroni, shrimp, crab, and fresh basil.
  6. Transfer to a buttered 9x13 baking dish, spreading evenly and topping with reserved cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45-55 minutes; remove foil halfway through to create a golden top.
  8. Let cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
