Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the Oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, usually about 7-10 minutes until al dente.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of your baking dish. Take a noodle, spread filling, and roll it up tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
