  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. In a separate chilled bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy cream. Whip the cream on medium-high speed for approximately 3-5 minutes until medium peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a silicone spatula until completely incorporated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and smooth the top. Drop spoonfuls of 1/2 cup of strawberry jam on top and swirl gently to create marbling.
  5. Serve immediately with graham crackers or vanilla wafers or chill in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
