Ingredients

For the Foam
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Choose ripe strawberries for the best flavor and vibrant color.
  • 0.5 cup Milk Use your choice of milk; almond or oat milk works great for a dairy-free version.
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sugar Optional, adjust according to the natural sweetness of your strawberries.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract A splash enhances the flavor profile; feel free to adjust to taste.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • electric mixer
  • bowl

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and hulling approximately one cup of ripe strawberries, then place them in a blender. Add half a cup of your preferred milk into the blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. Taste the blended strawberry mixture and determine if it needs more sweetness. If desired, add one to two teaspoons of sugar and a splash of vanilla extract. Blend again for another 15-20 seconds until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Transfer the blended mixture to a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip for 1-2 minutes until it thickens slightly. You’ll know it’s ready when it forms soft peaks.
  4. Carefully pour your freshly made Creamy Strawberry Cold Foam over cold drinks and serve immediately.
  5. If you have any leftover foam, store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Re-blend to restore its airy texture before using.
