Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preparing your ingredients for the Zuppa Toscana Casserole. Chop 1 medium onion and mince 3 cloves of garlic, slice 2-3 medium potatoes thinly, and chop a handful of kale or spinach.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Then, add the onions, garlic, and potatoes, stirring for another 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of broth and 1 cup of cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
