- Prepare strawberries and bananas. If using frozen strawberries, thaw slightly. Blend one cup of strawberries with two ripe bananas until smooth.
- Transfer the fruit blend to a mixing bowl. Add honey or maple syrup and optional nuts, mixing until combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly, about half an inch thick, and chill for 15 minutes.
- Freeze the sheet for at least one hour until the bark is firm and set.
- Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.
