  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Regular breadcrumbs can substitute
For the Creamy Dip
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt is a great substitute
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Consider using light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Onions Finer chopping blends better
  • 1 clove Garlic Fresh minced for aroma
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill Optional; use fresh if available

Preparation
  1. Lay sliced pickles on paper towels to absorb moisture for 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk together eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Pour panko breadcrumbs into a separate dish to create a breading station.
  4. Dredge pickles in egg wash, then roll in panko, pressing gently.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
  6. Place breaded pickles in air fryer basket and spray with cooking oil, cook for 5-7 minutes, flip, and cook another 5-7 minutes until golden.
  7. Combine all dip ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
