Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Coating Stations. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Flour Coating. Coat each cheese stick in flour, shaking off excess.
  4. Egg Dipping. Dip floured sticks into beaten eggs and allow excess to drip off.
  5. Breadcrumb Coating. Roll each egg-dipped stick in seasoned panko.
  6. Freeze the Coated Sticks. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the Air Fryer. Preheat to 380°F (190°C) and spray the basket.
  8. Arrange the Sticks. Place frozen sticks in a single layer in the basket.
  9. Air Fry to Perfection. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
