  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce To taste for heat
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Balances spicy elements
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice Freshens the sauce

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bite-sized salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until salmon is evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes. Place the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
