  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches wide. Arrange the crab cakes on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Allow your air fryer to come to temperature, which usually takes about 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the chilled crab cakes with oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
