For the Crust
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs Provides crunchy exterior
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
For the Lemon-Dill Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream Use leftover from the mixture
  • 2 tbsp Chives Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the crab mixture ingredients until just combined.
  3. Combine panko, remaining Parmesan, and melted butter for the crust and press into muffin cups.
  4. Fill each muffin cup with the crab mixture, leaving space at the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy on top.
  6. While baking, prepare the lemon-dill dipping sauce.
  7. Allow the bites to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with the sauce.
