Shell
  • 20 Wonton Wrappers Can substitute gyoza or spring roll wrappers.
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil Vegetable or canola oil is recommended.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
  2. Lay out a wonton wrapper, place a teaspoon of filling in the center, moisten edges with water, fold in half, and press to seal.
  3. In a deep skillet, heat oil to approximately 350°F (175°C).
  4. Carefully add the bombs to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauces like sweet and sour or soy sauce.
