- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
- Lay out a wonton wrapper, place a teaspoon of filling in the center, moisten edges with water, fold in half, and press to seal.
- In a deep skillet, heat oil to approximately 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully add the bombs to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauces like sweet and sour or soy sauce.
