Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by gently patting each burrata ball dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, ensuring a crispier finish.
  2. Set up your breading station: in one bowl, combine all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. In a second bowl, beat the eggs until uniform. In a third bowl, pour in the panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each burrata ball in flour, dip it into the eggs, and roll it in the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully lower the breaded burrata balls into the pan and fry them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. While frying, prepare the zesty dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  7. Arrange the fried burrata on a serving platter, drizzle with spicy sauce or serve it on the side, and garnish with chopped cilantro.
