  5. Shape the mixture into balls or patties, about the size of golf balls, and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray or drizzle olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
