  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Melted butter may be substituted for richer flavor.
For the Chili Honey Drizzle
  • 1/2 cup Honey Agave syrup can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes Adjust amount to suit your heat preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Vinegar can be used for a different tang.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Take two sheets of phyllo, brush with olive oil, stack, and cut into strips about 3 inches wide.
  4. At the end of each phyllo strip, place about one tablespoon of the feta filling, leaving space at the edges.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to secure.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil before placing them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  8. While baking, prepare the chili honey drizzle by gently warming honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  9. Let the rolls cool slightly, then drizzle with the warm chili honey before serving.
