  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil substitute with olive oil if needed
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust according to taste
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
For the Avocado Salsa
  • 1 large Avocado or 2 small
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced, cherry or grape tomatoes recommended
  • 1/4 cup Onion diced, yellow or sweet onion preferred
  • 1 small Jalapeño adjust for heat preference
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro optional
  • 1/2 lime Lime Juice adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  2. Peel and slice sweet potato into rounds 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick.
  3. Toss sweet potato slices with avocado oil, cumin, salt, smoked paprika, and chili powder in a bowl.
  4. Arrange seasoned sweet potato in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 10-13 minutes, flipping halfway until golden-brown.
  6. Prepare avocado salsa by mixing diced avocado, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
  7. Top sweet potato bites with avocado salsa and serve immediately.
