Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, unsalted butter, cream of chicken soup, minced garlic, chicken broth, and the dry Italian dressing mix. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Lightly spray the inside of your crock pot with non-stick spray. Place the seared chicken breasts at the bottom of the pot and pour the creamy sauce evenly over them.
  4. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for about 2.5 hours. Ensure the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain once cooked al dente.
  6. To serve, keep the chicken breasts whole or shred them over the pasta. Ladle the creamy sauce generously on top. Garnish with parsley, cracked pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
