Instructions
  1. Start by placing the beef stew meat in one half of the crockpot, and arrange the baby Yukon gold potatoes on the opposite side.
  2. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both the beef and the potatoes.
  3. Gently toss the beef stew meat in the seasoned mixture to coat it evenly while keeping the potatoes undisturbed.
  4. Top the beef and potatoes with freshly chopped garlic and distribute small pads of butter over everything.
  5. Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Once the 6 hours are up, carefully remove the lid and drizzle the flavorful garlic butter sauce over the beef and potatoes before serving.
